What took my breath is the elegant pose and the magnificent movement of the wings. It is beyond awesomeness. The hand is there to showcase the beauty of the bird, as if the hand was the stage.
The overall sharpness depends on many factor, I wish it was sharper, but that is not a criteria that affects the overall beauty.

The depth of field is coherent with the bird.

Lighting is also good, except maybe the white stomach of the bird that seems a little overexposed.
the composition is perfect to me, it occupies the space dynamically.
all in all, a great photo.
